Objectives:

We aimed to determine the prevalence of epilepsy in young males, which had been joined to the army for their obligatory military service from many different regions of Turkey, by using door-to-door study. We used World Health Organization’s “Prevalence studies for developing countries” and ILAE’s “Future directives guide for epilepsy studies” in our study.
