ABSTRACT
A series of investigations are applied to intractable epilepsy patients in the context of epilepsy surgery, in order to find the origin of the seizures and to define the risks after surgery . The investigations are gradually assessed and frequently classified as noninvasive and invasive, investigations. Detailed neurologic examination and noninvasive electrophysiologic recordings, functional and structural imaging and neuropyschological evaluations are accepted as phase I will be discussed here.
