ABSTRACT

In case of failure to delineate the epileptogenic zone using non-invasive recordings or in case of localizing the zone in the eloquent cortex during the evaluation of epilepsy surgery, invasive monitoring is applied. The methodology and the indications of invasive monitoring will be discussed briefly.
