ABSTRACT

In addition to the routine treatment of individuals with epilepsy, epilepsy clinics deal a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic problems of patients with uncontrolled seizures. Neurology specialists concentrated in mostly epilepsy function in these facilities and a multidisciplinary approach and a team work is the task. Epilepsy surgery is an important alternative for intractable epilepsies. Epilepsy Surgery applications within phase I and II are arranged according to the infrastructure and the limits of the facilities of the hospital.
